140 Quanto ai dispositivi di sostegno previsti agli articoli 17 e 18 del Trattato MES, occorre rilevare, da un lato, che l’acquisto da parte del MES di titoli emessi da un membro del MES sul mercato primario è equiparabile alla concessione di un prestito.
140 As regards the stability support facilities provided for in Articles 17 and 18 of the ESM Treaty, first, the purchase by the ESM of bonds issued by an ESM Member on the primary market is comparable to the granting of a loan.
Lo stesso vale per i regimi di sostegno previsti per l’asse 1 e l’asse 3 nelle sezioni 1 e 3 del medesimo regolamento e per l’equivalente sostegno dell’asse 4.
